All orders from other African countries as well as those coming from around the globe will be handled based on geographic proximity and speed of delivery.

Shipping Is Included

Mostly, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However the actual delivery date may be affected by flight management, weather conditions, public holidays and other external factors. Kindly refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery process.

Please remember to click the “confirm delivery” button within 60 days from the shipment date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your book(s), please reach out to our Customer Service for assistance.
